    Default Put-in/take out at Coldfoot

Last time I was at Coldfoot the dirt road at the north end of the airstrip was washed out so you couldn't drive to the MIddle Fork to take the raft out. Anybody know if DOT has put in a new road for access to the Middle Fork there or nearby? We're going to float down from up around where the Dietrick gets big enough. Maybe line down Nutirwik Creek and put in there.

Call Coyote Air. They operate out of Coldfoot and will probably be your best intel source. http://flycoyote.com/

Will, are you planning on putting out any more videos of your adventures? I truly enjoyed the one you did on the Toklat and the life on the river series. Good stuff.

Thank you! I enjoyed making those videos and have more of river trips but don't know when I'll find time to put them on Utube. The technology has changed so much since I made the vids it's hard to transfer from tape to the computer.

Well, you did an amazing job. I have been trying to talk a friend of mine into duplicating your trip. Life keeps getting in the way, however one of these days it will happen. I've often thought of doing it over moose season and ending at my cabin. That would be a heck of a float hunt.

On the Kantishna, just past the bluff above Rock Creek.

Sorry, meant to say Dry Creek. I am forever switching the names of the two.
