    Or the dumb asses that pull half way up the ramp and proceed to strap their boat. People need to learn how to be considerate.

    Good entertainment, I swear instead of trying to launch the boat for holidays or Kenai dipnetting, it would be more fun to fire up the grill and rig up a lounge chair or hammock and a full cooler with a view of the launch ramp.

    Maybe we can make this thread friendly tips for folks who wonder what we're all laughing at.

    If you are launching drag your boat to the end of the dock, if you are taking out, pull it up to the ramp, that way people at least know what you are doing. I've had people give me crap for launching when they are tied up halfway out the dock waiting for their trailer.

    When I'm at work during dip net season and can't get out the web camera at the kenai boat launch can provide great entertainment. I swear I have seen that exact scenario from the video on the Kenai camera.

    Don't get much better than beer & lawn chairs at the top of the south ramp weekends for the derby in Seward especially when the tour buses are in town..
