Default Need 1.5" Square Aliminum Tube/Pipe

Does anyone know where I can find a few feet of this in Anchorage? It's for a boat trailer guide-on.

Alaska Steel Company (Anchorage) has changed its address from 1200 W. Dowling Rd. to 6180 Electron Dr. Anchorage, AK 99518. We will remain in the same location just off of Arctic Blvd. to provide all of your steel, aluminum and rebar needs. Feel free to contact us at (907) 561-1188 with any questions or for directions.

Another possibility: Greer Tank...243-2455...has hooked me up with aluminum and steel remnants for my projects. Nice folks..I thought their prices were very reasonable.

Not to take away business from the good folks at Greer Tank or Alaska Steel but there is a fairly new option in anchorage and I believe will sell smaller portion sizes if needed. They're called Metal Supermarket in anchorage Dimond area. I haven't been in there yet...

Do I give my friends advice? Jesus, no. They wouldn't take advice from me. Nobody should take advice from me. I haven't got a clue about anything..

I went to Metal Supermarket and someone had just bought all of his 1.5 in square tube. He ordered more. Nice guy. Alaska Steel requires a 10 foot minimum purchase and since I only need 40 inches I passed. They do have a nice remnant area but did not have what I wanted. I did not try Greer Tank.
