If possible, when you unpack your sleeping bag put it in a dryer on low or no heat with two or three tennis balls for around 30-45 min. The tennis balls refluff the stuffing in the bag. I use this method whenever I clean my sleeping bags.

You should be fine, but unpack it a.s.a.p., even if only for a day. Maybe someone at the ship to location (outfitter, hotel, etc.) can unpack it for you?

It's an issue with down, but no sweat at all with synthetics. I hang down bags in the closet over winter, but the synthetics don't need it except for airing. They fluff right up when you pull them out for use.

Default and when you're tired of that...

    Get a Wiggy Bag.
This Care Sheet comes with each bag.
