    Default BEWARE Jim Creek/Knik SCAM!

I just got off the phone a buddy who was telling me about a scam going on in the Jim Creek/Knik area. His cousin had his bike stolen yesterday because of it. I don't know the full story but once I have the full version I will post it but until then here are the details I have.

You are riding down the trail and someone comes running over saying he needs help his buddy is hurt right up the trail. Once you get off your bike and follow the person up the trail another person in the woods jumps on your machine and takes off. That's all I have so far, but you get the jist of it.

What happens to the other person leading the victum up the trail, I dont know. But the point is be careful and if someone claims his buddy is hurt up the trail proceed with caution. I hope this is not a bs story, and I am sorry if it turns out that way. I am just trying to warn everyone in hopes to get the word out as much as possible just incase this has happened to more than one person.

Sad sad day if this is happening. Hopefully, the law can catch and prosecute them before someone blows a hole in one of the thieves. Why can't people work hard and buy their own toys?
