Thread: Fillet Knife

    Default Fillet Knife

I am interested in buying a knew fillet knife for the next season. Currently I am using a victorinox, but it doesn't seem to cut through the fish like butter (even when sharpened) like other knives I've seen. Any ideas of what knives are the best?

I tried to twice but it wouldn't paste. In fact typing this reply is missing multiple keystrokes as I type. Weird.

Bubba blade, by far the best one I have ever used. Filters well over 200 sockeye before it needed to be sharpend
