So I'm a bit of a history junkie...I've been doing some research on the Cache Creek Murders lately. I'm planning a trip out there in the coming weeks. Anyone have any experience with this area? It's out at the end of Petersville road by the Blue ribbon mine. There used to be old mining trails all around there. The specific cabin I'm trying to find was owned by Dick Francis. He was murdered for his gold in his cabin. Also, I'm looking for a trail from Ruby Gulch to Ramsdyke Gulch (Where more murders took place). If anyone knows any history or has experience in this area, that would be amazing! I plan on driving out to basically Ruby Gulch then doing a bunch of hiking in the area. Thanks so much!
