    Default Gun rack for Ranger?

I'm wanting to put some type of gun racks in my Ranger (2015 800 6x6) but not sure which one I want to go with.
What are you using & can you include pics with it installed?

Look at the one Cabelas sells. Me and a few buddies have it and it's awesome. Tightens down between your roof tubes and keeps the guns clean and out of the way, but accessible. http://www.cabelas.com/product/GREAT...v%2Bgun%2Brack

That's one that is on my short list. How much room does it take on top of the roll bar tubes (space needed between top of roll bar & roof)? No problems with banging your head?

No problems with head or roof clearance at all. Mine is on a Viking, buddies are on a Ranger and a Teryx. We all love this one. Hold rifles and bows really secure.

Same one I have as well. I did have some issues with it vibrating loose so I put a few self tapping screws into it and it's been great. It does hang down a bit so if you are much taller than 6' you might want to take a closer look to see if it will work for you or not. I have 2 in mine, 1 for rifles and 1 for shotguns or .22.

    Thanks guys.
I had been considering this one. Building a plywood roof & figured I could bolt through it.

Will let you know what I think when it gets here.

That will work great. Especially since you are bolting it to a solid surface.

Pen Powersports has both the vertical mount that bolts to the floor in stock as well as the overhead ones. Pick your poison. I've got the vertical since nobody made the overhead ones yet when I first got my 6x6.
