Thread: Pulling A Trailer On the Kenai Beach (South)

Default Pulling A Trailer On the Kenai Beach (South)

Anyone ever pull a trailer on the beach on the Kenai River's southside? I'm thinking about pulling a trailer that can hold 1000lbs max so it's not too big, maybe 4'x8' in dimensions. Anyone think my Chevy Tahoe will get stuck in the sand pulling it thru?

Seen bigger and heavier trailers on that side and I think a Tahoe would be fine.

"y0gee"...aren't your freezers full of Kings?

AKFishon~ I sent most of my kings along with several fish boxes of Russian Reds down to my parents in Hawaii. Gotta refill the freezers with the "goodstuff".

That is always my plans too, ship the kings and the rod and reel red out with relatives then I keep the Copper River and Kenai Dippers for the family here.

Good luck. Chitina was a quick trip this week if you are looking for freezer fillers.
