Taking hunting photo's?
Looking for info on the best way to take photo's of your successful hunt.
Just a few things I try to look for after the success:
Take pics before field dressing
Clean up the animal. Wipe down all blood and put the tongue in the mouth
Get all the extra junk out of the frame
Clean the person in the shot up just a little
Don't sit on the animal
Sun or light behind the picture taker, but watch for those shadows
Take some at a small aperture to show background
Take some at large aperture so only subject is in focus
Try to get a smile from the person, shouldn't be hard but it is sometimes
Camera at the same level or lower as the subject
Take many, MANY photos.
