Yeah, soon I hope. But more than likely next month. Way past hunting season. Just hope to have it done in time to catch a few fish and be set for deer season.

My season is pretty much over (except for bears). 51 inch moose and a dandy caribou.

It has been wonderful. Best one yet for me. I would really like to get out and take a bear. I'll be looking for one as I guide my friends onto their freezer fillers hopefully. I was able to help with about a dozen caribou last year and I sure wouldn't mind packing a few more.

Not sure! Its not a record or anything so Im not even gonna check. It was my personal best and I was just happy to top the freezer back off with moose. It is by far the household favorite.

I stripped the velvet last night and with the exception of the paddle tines which, as you can see are pretty round the antlers were pretty hard. The brow tines were very sharp and looked to be done for the season.

Knocked down this healthy cow on the banks of Swan Lake out in unit 14A. Couldn't ask for a better opening day for my first big game hunt. Freezer is full!

Wow. Just wow. Beautiful ram Ak_logan. Might as well hang your hat on that one. Tough first ram to beat.
