    Default Meat Processing

    I believe Cubbys owners were the owners of Shop Rite and I am wondering if they do processing? I really miss their spicy breakfast sausage, never had any as good as theirs was. Thanks guys

    They were not the owners; however, they were the ones who ran the store. I believe they still do processing but I have not used them as I do my own. Sorry for the delay but I just happened by your post.

    A friend of mine inquired at Cubbys last year. They will grind hamburger for you but would not process full moose.

    Leggs pork seasoning, add some red pepper flakes.

    Hmmmmm, we add a few Tbls to the 25 lb batch and it bumps up the heat a bit.
