    Default International Harvester M1 Garand

    For Sale, 1 Each IHC M1 Garand. Excellent Condition, LMR Barrel Gauges in excellent condition at 1 on the muzzle and 2.5 at the throat. National Match front and rear sight. This rifle is in excellent condition and set up to shoot match competition.

    IHC stock with the Julian date stamped in the barrel channel? Rear peep? Bedded? Serial number on the receiver (makes a difference in collectability).

    I am not in any form an authority on the M1 so Intook it to a friend who is. We disassembled and identified parts using some of his reference materials. So be patient with me. There was no stamp in the bbl channel, I believe that means the stock is not IHC. The
    rear sight has the NM stamped on it. There is no bedding. Serial Number is on the receiver. The hammer, bolt, operating rod and safety are Springfield. Clip latch, bullet guide, follower and follower arm are IHC/SA.

    If your gun is the "Arrowhead" or "Gap Lettered", it makes a difference in collectibility. Arrowhead being the more valuable. For reference:
