    Here's a better write-up of what they are doing. It only affects you if you are doing predator control type hunting on federal lands and if Congress approves it's budget, Dirty Don snuck a rider into it that blocks them from enforcing it anyway.

    Thank you highest view. That article gives a lot more detail. I can't stand the federal government.
