    Default Good link for marine forecast SYNOPSIS ?

    I had my computer set to see the SYNOPSIS for Whittier and the sound. But now its gone anybody have a link to the forecast? i went to NOAA but looks like they changed everything around The 7 day forecast

    My saved link isn't opening up the old forecast either. Not sure what they changed with the Web page. This is the best I could do for now http://www.weather.gov/source/afc/mobile/marine.html#c2

    I called them on it a week ago, complaining about the changes. They told me they had to make the changes for security reasons. We bantered a bit and I could see it was going nowhere so I ended it. Have used the Windyty site and really like it but I feel better having a pair of them, for comparison sake.

    This link from Stanly (above) is better than the one I had...fewer line breaks and basically the same as the old link I used to have boookmarked

    Everyone is right. forecast for cook inlet on Sunday last was variable wind and get this SEAS 1 foot. We went out for Halibut and encountered 2 to 3 footer to whitecaps. Not good in my 20 foot willie preditor.

    Rolland- should have been with us out in the middle! 6-8 foot all day!!! couple swallowed my motors, but none came into the boat! at least it was sunny and there was no wind!
