I was out there yesterday and loaded up in 20 minutes! A lesson learned each year ( as I am getting old and forgetful ) Be there on the incoming tide! If you wait until high tide you maybe a little late as the tide starts to go out.

Watch out for the commercial guys! There are tring to feed their families too!

Rough weather geting back to Whittier!

Just came in at 8:00 tonight. Lot's of fish and easy pickins. Thanks to the catamaran that moved out of the main hole after he limited his boat, even though he was staying overnight.
To the three boats that decided to tie off a line from their boats to the shore to foul up everyone else on July 3rd, How selfish and disrespectful can you possibly get. THANKS alot.

    Dman and Grey,

Yes I am leaving tonight. High tide is at 7 AM. So if I want to limit out early need to leave for Main Bay very early in AM or wait until PM tide.

Limit is 6 fish. Took my wife and I about 45 minutes on Wednesday.

fishin45: I agree the three boats tide up was a pain. There was another boat that anchored right behind them too. Combat fishing at Main Bay???
