Default Sheep, what do y'all think?

sheep.jpg so, what do we all think, I'm hoping someone can see some extra curl that I can't. I fear my scouting has revealed 3 3/4 rams.

That one in the middle is a sheep, for sure.

I can't make out much, but if you're thinking it's 3/4, then it's not likely even close to legal. Sometimes a ram that appears to be longer than 7/8 at first glance will have an inch or two more when you get close or the right angle, but if they're looking to be 3/4 initially? Not likely. Where there are three, though, there should be more in the vicinity. Good luck!

Those are most likely the only sheep in that range. Better look elsewhere.

Did you take this photo through a spotting scope or just using a camera? I went on a sheep hunt a few years ago and used my phone to take a photo of each ram I saw through my spotting scope and it was so much better than looking through the scope on a hot day and guessing curl lengths. I highly recommend purchasing a digiscope to get a more accurate photo for sizing or counting brow tines. I think the new digiscope technology can be a great tool to help reduce sublegal animals from being taken. I know itís the hunter's responsibility, but anything to help is worth it.

these were through a digital camera with zoom lens, from an aircraft. we were moving kinda fast past them and at distance. the original is much clearer, this one didn't come through on the post as good as i'd hoped. i've used my phone through the spotter i have and it does take good photos, just wouldn't have worked in this case.

Pretty sure I camped in that valley last year. Saw a very legal ram on the precipice with his buddies. Was bear hunting . However it is draw only on that side of the range....

It's very hard to tell when looking down a ram. Let alone at distance w crapy pic. Get more level w them or get boots on the ground. From my little bit of sheep experience

Actually looking down on a ram.....yes, but to me this looks like they are almost level with them. I'm pretty sure if the pic was closer (or clearer) we could get a fairly good idea of what we're looking at......
