    Default Question about shrimp pots

I purchased a boat that had some shrimp pots. I have no plans to shrimp so curious if they are in fact legal and what I should sell them for! image.jpg

Is that pot made of rebar?

Here are the regulations since I can't see if they are legal. https://wildlife.alaska.gov/static/r...egulations.pdf

That looks like the heavy shrimp pots that Cabelas sells.

They appear to be made of a coated steel rod. They are fairly heavy

Do I give my friends advice? Jesus, no. They wouldn't take advice from me. Nobody should take advice from me. I haven't got a clue about anything..

Those are 30 pound ladners. They work very well.
