    Default OSHA and Handloading

    What is going on here?

OSHA is about to all but eliminate reloading and make ammunition impossibly expensive.

Just wait till you try to e-mail Don Young, his box has been full, for days.

I guess they don't have much time to bother about what the people want?

Please folks jump in and get a hold of anyone you know that uses anything that goes bang, including RamSet guns and let them know what is happening.

Let's not assume that everybody knows!

I found this on the American Longrifle forum and knew it was just to good not to pass along. This fellow that wrote this, sure knows how to scare an government type of an employee.

    - 07/08/2007 : 13:24:02 If you go to the government web site, the Democratic committee members, beside Murray, read like the who's-who of the left: Ted Kennedy, Hillary Clinton, Barak Obama, etc. I wrote my Congressmen (R) advising them of my concerns and requesting that they bring a bill forward to cut off funding for OSHA. It not only seems fair to me, but a logical response. This tactic is being used by the Left-wing on Federal, State and local levels. I'm sure (hope) that there's a conservative strategist that's bright enough to see this tactical element and use it against them. CUT OFF THEIR MONEY!! It doesn't get much simpler than that. You want a public comment on your pending rules: I just wrote all my Congressmen and directed them to cut off funding for your agency

This is a whale of a great idea. Lisa sets on this committee. I wonder if she told the members on the other side that her voters back home want her to do, will this stir the libs?

Just posted a comment on the proposed regulation. The gummit sure makes it difficult to do, sort of like trying to reach customer service at a mobile phone provider. Here are a couple of useful links. The commentary period has been extended.

Use the NRAILA link to find a form letter that you can modify or cut and paste. Maybe we could flood their mailbox.

This looks rather ominous to me....OSHA is no small-time player. No doubt the anti-gun lobby has something to do with this. Send in your comments, while you can. Since we don't yet know the outcome of all this, I would suggest you lay in a store of your favorite primers and powder, especially if you use BLACK POWDER (since it is classified as a low-explosive)
