I'm heading there this weekend. And I was wondering if anyone can give me any helpful hints on fishing that area. I would like to find lings and halibut.

    Default H-Hole

    Ak. Grey,
Check out a hump (170ft surrounded by 300'+ deep water) about 1/4 the way from the southern end of LaTouche headed toward Montague Is going east. It produced well for us last Fri and sat. and can be found easily by looking at a chart or GPS map of the area. We aslo picked up some nice Yellow Eye and Black bass all down the east side of Knight Is.
    Good luck!

site said lings are being caught from 75 to 125'. I was told manning rocks is a good place for buts and it is about 80' deep I believe, by Bay of Isles.
