Default Two Tips for Bear success in PWS

Tip 1 Turn off the computer/Phone and go hunting
Tip 2 Never give away to much info online

My 13 year old daughter, Tatiana was able to connect with her first big game animal this weak. We were hunting in a spot that has produced First Bears for all 4 of my kids, my Wife and myself. We are spot and stalk hunters and this year was extra challenging as the early greening of the alders made spotting bears very tough. As luck would have it the only Bear we spotted was a nice boar. My 18 year old son was with us, he was a huge help with the work and It was fun to watch him coach his little sister. For you gun nuts, she was using a Rugger 7mm-08 140 grain Nosler. Double lung shot no exit whole.IMG_1294.jpgIMG_1306.jpg

Excellent job to your daughter! So glad to see families out hunting together and parents teaching their children good hunting ethics, you're one lucky man!

Congrats to Tatiana for sure. Sounds like a real honey hole for you to take 6 bears out of that one spot...!!!
Sheep hunting...... the pain goes away, but the stupidity remains...!!!
