    Default anybody seeing black bears?

    saw a few the other day, think the earliest ever. what everybody else seeing?

    Saw two yesterday while bowhunting, but they were pretty much inaccessible. Still, was cool to see them so early in the year.

    Seen 4 so far all up high, this was last weekend.

    I was out last weekend and saw a total of 7. All up high. 3 were sow with 2 Cubs

    I have seen two blacks from the air so far this year. I am going to head out tomorrow evening again and look around.

    we have some browns moving around by my house and a couple blackies. Checking station on Weds to see if anything has wandered my way. Still a bit early but nice to see some out and about!

    Couple have been sealed in Homer, from the north side of the bay. Nothing I know of from the far side...


    It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool then to open one's mouth and remove all doubt....
