    Default Getting back into it!

    I cannot wait!!!
I am a 52 year old young mn. Weare getting ready to move to the remote cabin. I will be in unit 16B
Lots of Beaver, Otter, Marten, fox etc
I grew up in Montana trapping Muskrats, mink, fox and coons. It was a before and after school thing. I cannot wait to get in on a real trapline. So far I have put together about 100 traps. Gotta get them cleaned up, dyed and waxed.

Don't forget coyotes. There aren't many fox in the part of 16B that I have spent time in, but there are lots and lots of coyote.

order up a copy of the Wolf trapping manual that the Alaska Trappers Association puts out. It has a lot of great wolf trapping info and a bunch of wolverine info too. It was put together by the association with input from some of the best wolf trappers in the state. You can order it here http://www.alaskatrappers.org/
