    Default Stolen Kingfisher!!!

Keep an eye out. Stolen from Anchorage Brewing on Easter Sunday last seen headed south of Bings landing on the Peninsula behind a dark gmc or Chevy 2500HD. Please contact the Troopers and Anchorage Brewing if you have any information.

Sorry to hear about this. What a bunch of scumbags!
I'll definitely keep an eye out here on the Peninsula.
If enough of the boating community is looking maybe we can locate this boat and get it returned.

Just saw this on CL AK. What goes though someone's mind (assuming they have one, meth will do that) to steal a boat like this? I mean, you're not going to get it across the border, the Ak boating community isn't THAT big, it's all over social media now.
Hope you guys get this back ASAP.

Troopers look like they may have found it in soldotna--saw roof of a Kingfisher behind Mykels on drive to office. Could only see the top over the adjacent building. Go to turn in to see the name on the side and there are 3-4 trooper vehicles around it. It's maroon and looks to have script lettering on the side--but I turned by blinker off and continued on.

Looks like they may have found it.

    That's great to hear.
Any Damage? Did they catch the scumbags responsible?

Maybe they put a tarp over it, sort of disguised it eh? Who would have noticed it with a camo tarp, right?

Yeah hiding it behind Mykels restaurant wasn't a smart plan.
Probably wasn't a well thought out plan to begin with.
Or somebody caught on and so they dumped it.
I know my friends, wife, family would be asking questions if I showed up with a boat like that.

Sounds like a good ending. I hope they didn't raid the equipment on the boat and panicked after realizing there was no way to use the thing without getting caught and just parked it. That is my dream boat but I plan on getting one the old fashioned way, although it may take longer than picking one up from someone's driveway!

They'll get a slap on the hand. Happens every day down here. Usually sent home on 3rd party and the crimes continue unabated. Same people get caught, charged and released over and over again. Our justice system is about as screwed up as a football bat.
