Default 20 Mile Lake in Petersville

Has anyone flown into/out of 20 mile lake in Petersville/Trapper Creek area? It looks like the south side of the lake could yield upwards of 1,400' if a step turn was used. Any experience here with that lake in a 180/185 on skis or floats? Thank you for any input!

I flew in there last year in late March. I was in a 180 horse PA-12 on 29" Bushwheels. Landed North on the South side of the lake. I came strait in and dropped in over the trees. I was up in the area last summer on floats and had two passengers on board. Circled a few times and decided to try it some other time when I was empty. I new I could land ok but was worried about the departure. Probably would have been ok but my gut said to come back another day.
