    Default Outboard Mobile Mechanics

Anyone use one of the following mobile marine mechanics as I need to replace the impellers on my Honda's and don't want to do it myself or drag the boat into Anchorage from ER?

    A Mobile Mechanic (http://www.amobilemechanic.net/rv_an...ne_repair.html)

    Mobile Mechanic on Craigslist (http://kenai.craigslist.org/bpo/5441271331.html)

    Thanks

I am going to do my two Hondas myself later in the spring here in Eagle River, be willing to help you with yours if you decide to do your own. I have never done it before but it looks easy.

They are pretty easy on my Suzuki's, there were some good youtubes showing the process.

I have had some work done by A Mobile Mechanic on an old truck and they seemed reasonable but imagine it would cost a bit to have them drive out to Eagle River, would probably prefer you dragged to their shop.

Thanks everyone for the ideas and the offers. An outboard mechanic is going to getter done for me for a reasonable price. Thanks again and I love this forum for all the help!

Got one of the two motors done today. No problems at all and seemed quite simple.
