    Default Spur Glacier Crossing

I drew DS 204 Delta Sheep. Has anyone crossed the Johnson/Spur glaciers? Or the White Princess?

Crossing the Johnson Glacier would put you in the TMA, so I would suggest not doing that if you have DS204. I didn't notice any big moraines or other obstacles on the Spur.

Safe is relative based on your perception of risk. Generally the glaciers we travel during sheep season are not snow covered so it is easy to see crevasses and moulins, unlike during winter.

Bring your crampons, some micro spikes, hiking poles, and perhaps an ice ax.
