Thread: Sag River Freeze Up?

    Default Sag River Freeze Up?

Generally what timeframe does the Sag freeze up? Was looking at floating it for carribou verses the driving up and down the haul road like I did last year. Want to get away from the road hunters and still take advantage of a road to road float.

    thanks

Mid October typically is when it becomes too icy to float.
