Got my buckets lined up on back porch collecting scraps and left overs. Can't wait...
I got a 17 year old boy that is itching to get one before his 10 year old sister. )
Here's hoping for an early spring...

Is this the first year that 14B is open to brown bear baiting?

Hey, I Just came across this post. I am anxsiouly waiting for for spring bear. I have hunted bear in Oregon but this will be my first year in Alaska hunting bear and can not wait. I have not looked at the regs yet but I will. I have a boat with a inboard SJ and I was thinking heading down the Susitna to find one. Is there a area that has more concentration then others? I am interested hunting in a area that I can spot and stalk hunt.
    Thanks.
    Colin
