    Default Misc aluminum

So - I drove out Sutton yesterday to look at some misc alum pieces a guy was selling on clist. I ended up buying it, but really only need a couple pieces for my upcoming davit build. It snowed on it last night so no pix right now. In the mess is some 1/4" flat stock and some hat channel that look to be for the stringers on a boat floor. There are also a couple pieces of thin flat sheeting in varying sizes with the biggest being about 8'x3'.

I'll see if I can blow the snow off and get a pik up.

If you interested in all or some of it send me a PM.

maybe Glacier Craft should buy it all so they can start working on the dozen or so boats they have promised people...

Is there any information on the aluminum saying what it is? Depending on the project you should not use aluminum that is not corrosion resistance on a boat. IMO

The plate is 6061. I am not sure what the hat channel is but it is for building a boat. I'll get that pik today.
