    Default Rippy Trail

Thinking about exploring Rippy Trail Saturday using ATVs. Any trail reports?

I've never heard of the Rippy Trail in south central, where is it?

Decent shape, just a little sloppy since everything melted. If you haven't been out before, the last hill to the parking lot can be a doozy when slippery.

ATVs didn't work out, just hiked in 2 miles and back. Trail nice and hard with maybe 2" packed snow. One big overflow at the first creek, solid for walking. Lots of wheeled tracks on trail. Hill down to parking lot is nice and slick. Definitely would not want to drag a big trailer up that.
