    Three bears trunk had some last week. Saw some more at sportier but doubt it's there now. Hard to find big powder

    I like retumbo too, and it's really rare up here in Fbks. However, Accurate Powders makes MagPro that's very similar burn rate and composition, so I've tried a few loads with it . . . jury is still out on which I like better. If you take your caliber and put the load charts up side-by-side, they're fairly close in ballistic performance.

    I've seen 1lb. bottles of Retumbo on the shelf on occasion at ANC Sporty's.

    I've had better luck finding H1000 at 3 Bears.

    The Retumbo on Alaska List has been sold for awhile now. I don't understand why the listing is still up. I will take a look at MagPro. I want the powder for use in a 338 RUM. Thanks

    if you are shooting 250

    H1000 works good ........maybe a little less vel than Retumbo

    RL 25 and RL 26 should do very well with 250s
