    Nov 4th every year.

    just kidding but I'm guessing your asking because you want to know if it's worth going out and hunting. My guess is that there are still some out there and if you don't go out and try you'll never know. I've been out almost every week for last 2 months and will continue for at least 2-3 more weeks. Then I might go searching for dens if I don't run across any.

    When there's enough snow cover and/or there is no more food sources available. It varies every year depending on region.

    In King Salmon, they have already mostly headed for the hills. But I usually see at least some tracks around town into the first 10 days of December...so there is a lot of variation in individual bears.
