    Default Family ATV/SxS recommendations?

We just picked up a grizzly and a ranger crew to get the family out of the city more often. Looking for advice on a good spot to take the kids (ages 1-5) to that isn't excessively muddy and not too far away from Anchorage (1-2hrs). Thanks in advance!

For a 'first' run you might try the trail the goes around Eklutna Lake.

its the old coal mines, go out the glenn past palmer into sutton, turn left up jonesville road ( in the middle of town across from the the only bar in town) parking area is up about 1.5 miles on the left. in my opinion its the best place for people with young kids and/or new to the sport. jim creek is too silty and windy for kids sometimes.
