Default Swapping a prop on 170B

Anyone have any suggestions on who to talk with about putting a 8040 prop on a 170B. I think I understand it would be a 337 field approval. Any suggestions on how to go about is also greatly appreciated.

If buying used, other than making sure it has good logs, any other considerations.

I operate out of Birchwood. Appreciate the info and help.

    Thanks,

    Jason

Wick air in Wasilla has an STC for that I believe and can take care of that. Give them a call and they can tell you about it.

Let me know how it goes. I have a 170 parked at BIrchwood as well. It has a 7646 on it and I've thought about the 8042 or 8040.
