Just did a quick browse and have some suggestions.

On the front page, the bucks for ducks and programs & projects photos look like they are buttons, but when you click, nothing happens. The cursor turns to a pointing hand, so it should open the new page when you click. Oh and the "Donate Now" and "Programs and Projects" titles are cut off when they pop up.

On the Programs and Projects page, make the photos on the bottoms a slide show so you can click through all the photos and not have to keep going back to click on the next thumbnail.

    It's a nice looking webpage!

    this is what he said..r

the frontpage, as it is written on the comments, there is amouseove function there, so the little “hand” appears because it needs to dothat effect.

There are buttons there to indicate the function, called“Donate” and “read more”

It's just my opinion, but if you fly your cursor around this website, facebook, any other, the hand cursor only pops up when there is an active link. It looks like a broken or incomplete website to have the hand cursor appear but still have to click the "read more" is not ideal.
