    Default Processing bear- trichonosis

After cutting up bear and grinding it, anything special you need to do to clean your stuff (knife, grinder)?

I did handwashing with dish soap and cleaned everything really well. Can trichonosis survive on the surface of the knife / grinding parts? If I wash it really well with dish soap and dry it can I assume it is clean, or is there a risk of trichonosis surviving and getting in my next batch of meat?

I'ts not worth the risk . 145 degree hot water will kill it instantly or just use bleach .
