Any bull area....heck yea! he-he-he
pics are a bit blurry to clearly see much.
i agree with bkmail....... if this is a 50" or 3 brow tine area, i would have to get a better look.
its better to be silent and thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt...
He has 2 and 2 brow tines.
Those are some pretty long tines that are jutting out to the side. Looks pretty good to me, though I'd be taking a closer look before shooting. He would definitely draw my attention, though.
Hard to tell from those pictures but my gut tells me he's over 50. Mid-50's would be my guess.
No great angles but going off rack and points he looks like something serious. Just a guess but I'm betting he's upper 50s. I'd say you better get after him and get a good look. As long as he doesn't have short, stubby horn bases he's a shooter.
the upturned antler palms and low count on browtines, my guess is mid 40s. would need to glass him for a while, but based on that one angle, nope...if you're in a restricted area. any bull area, heck yeah.
Hard to tell because of the fuzz but he looks top heavy to me. I would put a stalk on him for sure.
Makin fur fins and feathers fly.
He looks 49-51"...
No way I'd shoot that one based on those 2 views. Still the long tines might put him there. He's close.
Thanks for all the input fellas.
I did put a stalk on him but he wandered off into the thick stuff before I could close the distance.
I thrashed brush only. He was not interested.
I wouldn't pull the trigger from either angle. I would guess he is over 50 inches and is legal. I would probably do anything short of killing myself to get a better look. I have a shoulder mount of a bull I took in Idaho on my wall. He is just over 40". That looks well over 10' wider than what is hanging on my wall.
