Default Weston vacuum sealer 1100 pro

Has anyone tried on of these?

I see trustworthy has them on sale and my food saver is on its last leg.
Just hoping to get some input before I pull the trigger.

just fork the money out for a vacmaster 210. youtube it and look at the bag pricing compared to the original foodsaver bags. you can buy bulk, better seal, better bags, also look into sous vide cooking. buy once cry once!

Yes I can't say anything about the Weston but The chamber vac is so much better I will never buy/use a sucker machine ever again.
For what I spent on foodsavers over the years I could have bought a VP210. Like was said better vac, cheaper and better bags, better seal.

We have used a PRO-2300 Weston trouble free, for about 5 yrs now. bought it at 3 bears, who also sells the rolls and bags. bought it to replace about the umpteenth Food Saver that crapped out in the middle of processing a moose.
