    Default Flasher Query

For PWS silvers, which size flashers seem more productive....large,medium,small, none?

None. Put one on your downrigger ball.

I hate fishing flashers on the line, I mean hate it. I have the swarm on my downrigger ball. I should say "had" until I wasn't paying attention and drug the downriggers balls over a reef and lost both swarms. That got a few MF'ers out of me. Instead of buying new ones I'm just using ordinary flashers as slaves.

So many coho in PWS right now, a flasher is just nuisance.

I'm doing the same. Flasher is attached to the cannonball, and the release is attached to the downrigger line about 2 feet above the cannonball. This way you don't have to fight the flasher, you just get to fight the fish...as it should be.

I don't think u need flashers for coho either but I run Q-cove Breakaway Flashers a lot and u don't have to fight the flasher with them. I only run the breakaway flashers now when I use them.
