    Default Silvers and kings

Silvers are starting to show up already, and the king trolling is still hot. Better get out and get those lines tight!

Tried PM'ing you but mail box is full. Must be all the people wanting to know where to troll. Well, I'd like to know too.

Would you mind being a bit more specific on the PWS trolling locations. I'm heading out of Whittier tomorrow through Friday. I've trolled Perry Island on the Perry Passage side, and Crafton in years past and did ok. Probably gonna take my Mom to Blackstone Bay to see the Glacier then head to Deep Water Bay. Any place between Blackstone and Deep Water that I should take a few hours and set the downriggers up and troll.

    Any information is appreciated.

It's been a few years, but I've done well on silvers on the South side of Culross this time of year. Trolling, tossing buzz bombs or mooching off the tips of islands, bays and capes is typically productive.
Those that are successful in Alaska are those who are flexible, and allow the reality of life in Alaska to shape their dreams, vs. trying to force their dreams on the reality of Alaska.

If you have a tenuous grasp of reality, Alaska is not for you.
