Default Russian River falls mt bike in?

Anyone tell me how the trail is to the russian River falls? Is it mt bike able? Could my kids ride their regular bikes in there or is it all big hills and such? Been a couple decades since I've been on it! Lol

2.5-3 miles, super good trail for biking, moderate hills but nothing steep. Great family ride.

There are two hills that I suspect the kids will be pushing regular bikes up, but its a nice graveled, relatively level trail about 6-10 feet wide. I would make such a trip without hesitation. I have biked up there during bear season.

Good trail,, the hills favor the ride back. I like to take a pack and game bags to pack the fish back with. Kids should have a great time.
