    Great clip.
    I've been invited several times to go on subsistence hunts on the west side of Cook Inlet. I was mainly asked cause they wanted to use my dogs. I never have figured out why there's more geese coming through in the spring than in the fall.

    Total BS. Where else can you hunt birds ready to nest? Yeah, hunt them while they Are trying to reproduce, good idea.

    That's the name of the game with blue grouse in Southeast. Oh, and with every single horned and antlered game in the fall. And bears in the spring. But birds? Well...at least blue grouse.
