Default Everything is a month early, how about Snug Harbor Road?

Has anybody been up Snug Harbor Road yet? Everything is about a month early, and I usually go on fathers day, so just wondering if it could possibly be open on Memorial Day.

I made it to the lake in a Subaru Outback about a month ago, lake was still froze over, don't think they've got much snow since then, that's the last info I have.

Thank you very much, I am sure someone will know, or make that journey before long to find out what the lake looks like. Thanks again.

Snug Harbor road is clear all the way to the gate at the lake, gate is still closed but access to the lake via the beach just before the gate is in good condition. The lake is totally free of ice. was there today looking for bear, best of luck

The water is low http://www.akbizmag.com/Alaska-Busin...ctric-Upgrade/ but still accessible. Not so much for larger boats. Good fishing rainbow and char anyhoo!

I made it all the way up to Cooper Lake in early April looking for bear. Kenai Lake looked pretty clear even then. Cooper lake was still a little slushy around the edges though

There are no secrets on the Kenai Peninsula.
