Default Lake ice condition in 16b

Hey fellas, i figured i would post this here since the eyes in the sky could probably give me a better answer than anywhere else. Im looking to boat up the yentna river or alexander creek for some early pike fishing and was wondering if anyone has flown up there recently and noticed if Donkey Creek Lake, Fish Lakes, Alexander Lake or the like were free of ice yet, Neil lake up the deshka was still partially froze over as of sunday but was black so should be close. Thanks in advance.

Keep in mind that this winter's snow pack was thin and river flow levels reflect that.

Super low here at Alexander! West channel is still completely dry. Trail Ridge won't even land on floats. Good thing your on wheels and have a jet boat Mr. Pid!

If we don't get better than average rain July will be a challenge for all the river users!

Roger that thanks for the info Brian,
Yes the lack of snow pack may be rough on some guys this summer, the matanuska here in palmer is still barley a trickle.
