    Default bear crack

Ill be moving the end of month to Fairbanks and really wont have time to set up a good bait site so was wondering if anyone has set up in a area and burned bear crack with having success.

may want to read the regs before you find yourself in some hot water... have to be a resident with resident tag (1yr before you can be a legal resident) before you can bait.

Military service doesn't substitute for residency requirement, with the possible exception of hunting on military land.

i believe that only applies to the active service member not dependents if I recall correctly. Just trying to help you cover your own ass.

i stand corrected but I would double check with F&G about baiting rather than "spot and stalk" still hunting etc.

We've used the 907 burn formula with great success. It always goes with us to the stand.
