    Default Early Girl spanking

These are beating the sauce out of EG in production as well as early ripening, they taste good too. Anyway, someone asked why I start plants early. These are 97 days from seed.

Yep. We will have to see how it passes the cold tolerance test though. In good conditions the fruit set is tremendous, one plant already has over 60 tomatoes set, we are really surprised.

LOL we have rooted at least 60, and I have one for you for an outdoor trial. One of those PL Early Girl X PL Black Krim is blushing too, it looks to be red, so the cross took, and it is early for a beefsteak, taste will be checked soon.

Here is my biggest tomato so far this year, it's over 2lbs and still growing, it's about equal to one truss of Early Girl's I suspect. lol
