It shall be interesting to see what they go for. Im sure some of the "usual" bidders will think they can turn a profit on them like everything else they buy on there. They are great little machines. Hard to beat for the size, weight and durability.

Have you guys ever participated in this gov auction? I'd love to pick one up for a reasonable price. Any idea where on base this is located to preview them?

In the description of the items, it includes information for previewing the items. According to the first listing, previews are by appointment only. "contact Chris Schlotmann for an appointment, 602.684.4382"

Yeah, I saw that. I was just wondering if anyone knew which part of base it was located and what hoops I had to jump through to get on base. Seems like guys kinda already knew about these auctions. It's all new to me though. (I guess the point of contact could answer those questions too though.) I think I'm gonna try and make an appointment to view the 450s Tuesday.

If its been like any of the late auctions, there going to all go 3500-4500 bucks a piece, everybody thinks they will make big bucks on them.

I was thinking $2500-3100 would be a GREAT deal. Once you get into $3500 + there are MANY other options on C/L. I need to replace my kids' Grizz 125, they're both too big for it. Gonna post it in the ads after Memorial Day weekend, when they head to TX. Might sell off my 6x6 and buy a side by side, but I'm not sure if I want to 'drive' instead of ride a wheeler.

That's what I was wondering too Fishook. If guys we're gonna try and over bid them to mark them up on c/l.

I may need to talk with you. We are relocating and I am sure will be in the market. I just sold my 600 griz and I will miss it.

I have bought stuff off govliquidation. You can preview them on elmendorf, right at the end of the main runway. There is an "auction " fee, don't forget about that. If you don't have military id, I'm not sure how you get on base.

You get on base by following their directions in the auction description and calling for an appointment.

Seems like everything normally goes for a pretty shiny penny.

Yeah, I saw that. Doesn't seem like it's going to be worth it though.
