Default Alaska biking, Wasilla , KGB - Vine - Prks

Rode 27 mi. today. was 52 & not gale force winds.

A better route avoids the narrow part of Vine: 24 mile loop KGB/VINE/PARKS

Back subdivision roads to Wasilla & PWH past Home depot to KGB.
KGB to Vine : first 1/2 mile off vVine off KGB is narrow. Searched around thru subdivision rds, route shows one of a few ways around it to Hollywood. After Hollywood, road berm is about 4', (hasn't been swept yet)

Best to bypass that section of Vine. I slowed traffic down there a bit. Will bypass it next time to Hollywood using S Foothills.

KGB has a good paved bike trail, Vine after hollywood has a good 4', paved shoulder,
cross the Parks at Vine to the N side, bike trail back to Wasilla.
A new road with a god paved bike trial goes behind the Cat rental place , cross Church to Lucas Left & up to W Nelson & I took it all the way thru to Bogard & then the Seward M to Blue lupine.

Still several spots with sand/gravel. Bike path that goes under the RR, has water (dirty ice now, so not slippery) &
at the RR Parks overpass, you need to use Vienna Woods Access rd. until the bike trail is finished/paved

All in all ,good riding & wide paved shoulders or bike trails
(The Seward M off Bogard is somewhat narrow to the PWH, 35 MPH)
