    Default Hope Black Bear Hunt

I know there is a lot of information already on this but, after reading a lot them I didn't see any talk abut Bear Creek. Has anyone heard about this area and the possibility of there being black bears back there. Looking at doing a hunt in Hope. Thanks

I think the grizzlies done ate all of the black bears in the Hope, Alaska area. I hear there are a "LOT" of real fat 8' and 9 1/2' Brown Bears down there. Even a few 10' and 10 1/2' Brown Bears. The rafting companies see them on the shore of Six-Mile Creek.

That whole area from Ingram Creek up the south side of Turnagain Arm, up to the mouth of Six-mile Creek and back up over Turnagain Pass to Ingram Creek is full of never hunted Monster Brown Bear country.
